By accessing or using Finicr ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Finicr provides free, browser-based trading tools and risk management education, including but not limited to position sizing, liquidation price estimation, dollar-cost-average tracking, funding rate calculation, and related educational content. The platform does not execute trades, hold user funds, or provide brokerage or exchange services of any kind.

All tools, calculators, and content on this platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. No Warranty on Calculation Accuracy

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the mathematical accuracy of our calculators, formulas used (including liquidation price estimation) are simplified approximations for educational purposes and may not precisely match the exact figures calculated by any specific exchange, which may incorporate additional factors such as tiered margin brackets and fee structures. Always verify critical figures directly with your exchange before making trading decisions based on them.

Third-Party Data

Certain features rely on third-party data sources, including public price feeds and an embedded economic calendar widget. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this third-party data and are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on it.

User-Generated Content

Content you enter into the tools, such as Trade Journal entries, is stored in your browser. If you create an account, the content you choose to sync is also stored in your account with our service providers so it can be available on your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not review it. You are solely responsible for any content you enter.

Accounts

Accounts are optional and are for people aged 18 or over. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Because the platform is provided free of charge, we do not guarantee that synced data will always be available or free of loss, so please keep your own records of anything important.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finicr and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to trading losses resulting from reliance on any calculator, data feed, or content provided.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
